Click & Collect Pickup

It’s my first time ordering with M&M Food Market, what do I do?

To order online, you must be a member of the M&M Food Market Rewards program. To sign up, select “Sign In” at the top of the website and click “Next”. Enter the email address you would like to sign up with and click “Next”. If you were a member of our MAX Rewards program, click “Yes”. If you are new to M&M Food Market, click “No” then enter in your information and create a password. A verification link will be sent to your email. Go to your inbox, look for the email from M&M Food Market and click the link to verifiy your account. Congrats! You’ve successfully signed up with M&M Food Market Rewards. You can now place your Click & Collect Pickup order.

How do I place a Curbside Pickup order?

Choose your store, then start your order by browsing our selection online. Click "Add to Cart" to add items to your order as you shop. Go to your cart and select "Click & Collect Pickup" when you’re ready to place your order. Sign in to your Rewards account, then select the "Curbside Pickup" option when you schedule your pickup time. Confirm and submit your order.

I placed a Curbside Pickup order. What do I do when I get to the store?

Arrive at the store at your scheduled pickup time. Park as close to the front door as possible. Open your trunk and call the store to let them know you have arrived. The Meal Advisor will bring your order out to your car. Depending on how many people are in the store at the time, you may have to wait a few moments for the Meal Advisor to bring out your order. The Meal Advisor will bring a payment terminal to pay with debit or credit card at your car window. Please note that we are not accepting cash payments for Curbside Pickup orders at this time. Once your payment is confirmed, the Meal Advisor will place your order in your trunk.

I did not receive a verification email, what do I do?

Check your junk mail or spam folder. If you see the email there, mark as “not spam/junk”. Add and to your safe senders list to make sure you receive future emails from M&M Food Market to your inbox. How to do this will depend on the email provider you use. 

I requested a password reset, but the link sent to me does not work.

If your reset password email was sent to your junk mail or spam folder, mark the email as “not junk/spam”. Then, go to your main inbox, open the email and you should be able to click the link. If that does not work, or the email was sent to your main inbox without a working link, you will need to change the text format of your emails. How to do this will depend on the email provider you use. 

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes. Please call ahead of time to let the store know.

Can I show up early or late for my order?

We will hold your order up to 24 hours from your scheduled pickup time. You may show up early to pick up your order.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

After 24 hours, the items that were prepared for your order will be restocked.

Can I change my order once I’ve submitted it?

Currently, you cannot edit an order once it is submitted. To change your order, you can either call the store to which you submitted the order, or contact us at

How do I cancel my order?

Which stores offer Click & Collect?

Every M&M Food Market store offers our Click & Collect service, with the exception of our Express locations. Find a store near you.

How far in advance can I order?

Orders can be placed up to seven days in advance.

What if one of my items is not available when I pick up my order?

If an item included in your order is not available at the store you selected, you will get a call before your pickup time. 

Are there any fees for using Click & Collect?

No, there are no fees for using our Click & Collect service. 

Is there a minimum order value required to use Click & Collect?

Order as much or as little as you like. There is no minimum order value required to use our Click & Collect service. 

Do I need a credit card to place a Click & Collect order?

No credit cards are needed. You will pay for your order in store upon pickup. 

Do I need to register or sign up to place an order?

You will need to sign up for a Rewards Membership account and login to complete a Click & Collect order. You can browse products on our website without creating an account.

I just placed an order - how do I pick it up?

Go to the store at the pickup time/date you selected. We’ll have your order ready to go so that you can pay and be on your way. 

Why did prices on my order change after my order was prepared?

Website prices are based on information available at the time your order is placed. The prices of your basket items are subject to deal expiration dates, substitutions and in-store pricing based on your scheduled day of pickup.

Why can’t I find a specific item online that is available in store?

We aim to have all our food products online and available for Click & Collect, but sometimes there are discrepancies between what’s in store vs. what’s on our website. If there is a specific item that you would like to purchase but can’t find it online, please let us know by emailing us at  

Can I save my purchase history so I can place the same order as last time?

You can view the last order you submitted here. The ability to place the same order is not yet available.   

What is your return policy?

Given the unique customer demand that we are currently experiencing in our stores during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we will not be accepting any returns for purchases made since Monday, March 2nd unless there is a clearly identified product quality issue or food safety concern. Can I place an order by phone?

We currently do not accept orders placed by phone.  

What should I do if I have trouble placing my order?

Our Delivery Service is only available in Milton and Guelph, Ontario at this time. For addresses outside of those areas, please choose Pickup, visit or visit an M&M Food Market location near you.

How do I place an order for delivery?

We recognize that not everyone can get out to our stores to pick up their favourite items so we’re now bringing our food to you! With our new delivery service, you can select a delivery window and have your favourite M&M Food Market products delivered right to your door.

Visit us online at to select your favourite M&M Food Market products and add them to your cart. Choose the “delivery” option at the cart and enter your delivery address to find open delivery windows. It’s as easy as that!

Can I place my order for delivery over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders over the phone at this time.

Does M&M Food Market deliver to my area?

Our Delivery service is currently in its pilot phase and our service areas are limited at this time. We currently deliver to customers who live within specific postal codes in Milton and Guelph. You can check if we offer delivery in your area by entering your address on our website here or at checkout.

Don’t worry! If you’re interested in experiencing the convenience of delivery, but it’s not currently offered in your area - we’re planning on expanding our reach soon.

Will you deliver to condos and offices?

Yes. We will deliver your M&M Food Market products to your home or office. In an apartment/condo building, we will deliver to your suite, where permitted. If that is not possible, you will be asked to meet the driver in the lobby of your building. We will not leave your order with the concierge. 

If you would like your order delivered to your office, the same applies – we ask that you meet the driver in the lobby of the office building or we can deliver to the office suite, where permitted. 

Our delivery service will not leave your order on your doorstep, unattended or with your concierge.

When will my order be delivered?

Our delivery hours are dependant on the store hours of the closest store to you. Available delivery windows will update based on your address specified during the checkout process. 

Due to the unique handling of our frozen product, you must be present for the delivery as our delivery service will not leave product on your doorstep, unattended or with your concierge.

If you cannot be present during delivery, your order will be returned to the closest M&M Food Market and will be available for up to 3 days for you to pick up.  After 3 days, your order will no longer be available, and your order amount will not be refunded. 

Once a payment is made, the only way to have a refund issued is to bring the product back to an M&M Food Market store.

How long are delivery windows?

Delivery windows are currently two hours. The driver will aim to deliver for the beginning of your chosen time but depending on number of deliveries, traffic, orders, etc., we do require a two-hour window.

What happens if no one is home during my delivery window?

In the event that no one is present for your delivery, your order will be returned to the closest M&M Food Market and held for 3 days. To receive your order, you can pick it up in store within 3 days. After 3 days, your order will no longer be available, and your order will not be refunded. Orders cannot be re-delivered at this time.  

When you place your order online, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order as well as the M&M Food Market Store that your order was serviced from.  If we miss you during delivery, your order will be held at that store for 3 days. Please refer to your confirmation email for more details.  Our store will do their best to reach you before the 3 days is up to arrange for you to pick up your order. As noted above, orders cannot be re-delivered at this time and must be picked up in store.

Can I place and pay for an order for someone else and have it delivered to an address different from mine?

Yes. When completing your online order, please key in the delivery address details, including name, address, suite or apartment number (if applicable), city, province as well as phone number. We’re more than happy to deliver to your items to your chosen/specified location, whether it’s your house or someone else’s!

How much does it cost for delivery?

The fee is $10.00 for picking, packing, and delivering your M&M Food Market order.  Your method of payment will show a pending transaction for your order amount (including the $10.00 delivery fee) until your order is fulfilled and completed at store level. Once the order is shipped (has left the store) your method of payment will be charged the full amount of your purchase plus delivery. 

What methods of payment are accepted?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard for online orders. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used for online orders at this time.

When will my method of payment be charged?
Your method of payment will show a pending transaction for your order amount (including the $10.00 delivery fee) until your order is fulfilled and completed at store level. Once the order is shipped (has left the store) your method of payment will be charged the full amount of your purchase plus delivery.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
There is no minimum order amount. The delivery fee is $10.00, regardless of order amount. 

How are my personalized M&M Food Market Rewards offers or discounts applied?

All current flyer pricing will be honoured online, and you will also be able to redeem your personalized offers online. Remember to load your offers before shopping! Pricing will be honoured at time of check out. Unfortunately, Seniors’ discounts or other discretionary discounts are unavailable online at this time.

How far in advance can I place an order?

You can order up to 3 days in advance for delivery.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by our delivery partner, JoeyCo. JoeyCo is an on-demand crowdsourced fleet of drivers specializing in delivering goods. You can find out more at

How will my food stay frozen during the delivery?

We know our product is unique!  All of our frozen items will be packed in special carriers to ensure that safe temperatures are maintained. We work with our delivery partner to try to ensure that drivers are not in transit for more than 30 minutes, which maintains a safe temperature control for all of your M&M Food Market products.

How can I change my delivery date, time or address?

Please email our Customer Service Team at to make changes to your order within 24 hours prior to your delivery time.  Any changes can be managed by our Customer Service Team but may require us to cancel your order and have you place a new order online.

Can I cancel my order?

If you know that you will not be available to receive your order, we ask that you contact our Customer Service Team via email at as soon as possible so that the order can be cancelled. You can create a new order online at with a more suitable future delivery date and time.

No same day cancellations are permitted currently. Provided you cancel within 24 hours prior to the start of your delivery window, your order will be refunded to your method of payment.

What if a product I ordered is unavailable?

Great question! If we don’t have your ordered item in stock, we simply won’t charge you for that item. Given our unique product assortment, we do not substitute items. The M&M Food Market store that is filling your order will attempt to contact you, with the details you provide on your order, to let you know about any unavailable items before your order leaves the store.

Can I purchase gift cards online for delivery?

Unfortunately, you cannot add gift cards to your delivery order at this time.

Can I use my gift cards as a form of payment for my delivery order?

Unfortunately, you cannot redeem your gift cards for your online order at this time. However, we do accept Visa and  Mastercard for your online order.

What if I want to add or remove a product from my order?

The cut-off time for making changes to your order is 24 hours prior to the start of your delivery window.  No same day changes are permitted at this time.

Changes can be made by emailing our Customer Service Team at Any changes can be managed by our Customer Service Team but may require us to cancel your order and have you place a new order online.

What if there is a problem after my order is delivered?

Can I return a product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive or if you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and want to return it, you can visit any of our M&M Food Market stores to return the product for a full refund. Please bring the original receipt, original packaging and any un-used portion of the product.

Please note: we are unable to pick up products for returns at this time. Your product must be returned to one of our retail locations.

Is your pricing online reflective of your flyer pricing? What if place an order on Wednesday and flyer prices come into effect on Thursday?

Our online prices through our website are reflective of our flyer pricing and your personalized Rewards offers. The price you pay is the price for the date you order, not the delivery date.  If you place an order on Wednesday, then your items will reflect Wednesday’s prices.  If you place your order on Thursday, your items will reflect Thursday pricing.

I noticed you use JoeyCo as your delivery partner. If I have orders from other retailers that are delivered by JoeyCo, can I combine my orders for one delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine your delivery order with other retailers, regardless of using the same delivery service.

M&M Food Market and Instacart

In some areas of London, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta, we have partnered with Instacart Canada. You can create an account with Instacart or log in if you have an account and choose M&M Food Market as your store.  You can choose your favourite M&M Food Market products and add them to your basket.  Instacart personal shoppers shop for your products and deliver them to your doorstep in as little as two hours.  For further information on Instacart and their services, please visit their website at
