How Does It Work?

Follow these steps to complete your Click & Collect Pickup order:

Order onlineStep 1

Choose your store then start your order by browsing our selection online. Click "Add to Cart" to add items to your order as you shop.

Cart Step 2

Once you've finished shopping, go to your cart and select "Click & Collect Pickup". Follow the steps at checkout to sign in to your Rewards account*, schedule your pick up time and submit.

Go to your store at the scheduled time. Your order will be packed and ready when you arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s my first time ordering with M&M Food Market, what do I do?

To order online, you must be a member of the M&M Food Market Rewards program. To sign up, select “Sign In” at the top of the website and click “Next”. Enter the email address you would like to sign up with and click “Next”. If you were a member of our MAX Rewards program, click “Yes”. If you are new to M&M Food Market, click “No” then enter in your information and create a password. A verification link will be sent to your email. Go to your inbox, look for the email from M&M Food Market and click the link to verifiy your account. Congrats! You’ve successfully signed up with M&M Food Market Rewards. You can now place your Click & Collect Pickup order.

I did not receive a verification email, what do I do?

Check your junk mail or spam folder. If you see the email there, mark as “not spam/junk”. Add and to your safe senders list to make sure you receive future emails from M&M Food Market to your inbox. How to do this will depend on the email provider you use. 

When I enter the verification code, it does not work

Please ensure you are entering the most recent code sent to you. Every time a new code is requested, the old code expires.

I requested a password reset, but the link sent to me does not work.

If your reset password email was sent to your junk mail or spam folder, mark the email as “not junk/spam”. Then, go to your main inbox, open the email and you should be able to click the link. If that does not work, or the email was sent to your main inbox without a working link, you will need to change the text format of your emails. How to do this will depend on the email provider you use. 

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes. Please call ahead of time to let the store know.

Can I show up early or late for my order?

We will hold your order up to 24 hours from your scheduled pickup time. You may show up early to pick up your order.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

After 24 hours, the items that were prepared for your order will be restocked.

Can I change my order once I’ve submitted it?

Currently, you cannot edit an order once it is submitted. To change your order, you can either call the store to which you submitted the order, or contact us at
